- they hold all necessary rights to the uploaded Content, including copyright and related rights;
- the uploaded Content does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws;
- they bear full responsibility for the legality of the uploaded Content.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
The Site administration does not review user-uploaded Content for copyright compliance and assumes no responsibility for its legality.
All responsibility for the license compliance of uploaded books and other materials rests with the user who uploaded them. The Site administration reserves the right to remove any Content at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
4. Copyright Holders' Rights
If you are a copyright or related rights holder and believe that material posted on the Site infringes your rights, please contact the Site administration via email.
To file a complaint, you must provide:
- documentary evidence of ownership of the intellectual property rights;
- a link to the infringing material on the Site;
- contact information for follow-up.
Upon receipt of confirmed proof of ownership, the Site administration will promptly remove the disputed material.

5. Limitation of Liability
